  • VA Community Garden Directory: Development of asset inventory and a map of community gardens in Virginia. Currently, reached over 20 community gardens across VA.

How to Join the Directory and the Map?  Check out these 2 links below.

  1. Please take our Mapping Survey to collect data on your community garden
  2. Once the survey is completed, it will create an icon on the Google Map!
  3.  *** Some do not want to be included in the map, NO PROBLEM!  We would still love to collect your info and work with you and your community garden.

The Virginia School and Community Garden Network is a new platform to engage and share info, resources, news, and events related to community gardens across the commonwealth. The budding network is building an interactive listserv, shared resources folder, and a statewide community gardening mapping component.

We seek your participation in this network as we create new content and resources for all of us working in school and community gardens across Virginia.
